The technician, Roger, arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable, explained what had to be done and why and worked non-stop until the project was complete. I might add that this wasn't a small project and took a day and a half. I my opinion he should be the "employee of the month"!

I just paid my bill and the charges were exactly what I expected, they were explained to me when I called to schedule the work.
