"We were looking around for a landscaping professional that could do a variety of things from concrete, turf, woodbuilding, electric, and gas. The quote process was easy and no pressure. He walked the space and as we only had a general idea of what we wanted, he offered ideas and worked through different possibilities. We chose Francisco as he was able to do it all and at a reasonable rate! After signing the contract on a weekday, he got started immediately, working weekends and holidays. He was prompt, worked hard and was meticulous. As unexpected issues arose (like most renovations, issues pop up), he was professional and let us know immediately. Francisco was really flexible as the vision of the space changed slightly throughout the project. He was able to accommodate each change to ensure we got what we wanted. They had different crews for different jobs. One crew took out the turf, front and back yards and filled in the base. Another crew installed the pavers in the back yard after adding sand and compacting the area, A third crew installed the artificial grass. Another person was assigned to finish cleaning up the area. it looks great."
