"The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. Our neighbors also had LEAFPROOF installed (also by Lakewoods) about 10 yrs ago and have never had a problem or needed the gutters cleaned out. Roof: $10,000 Leafproof gutter covers: $3400"

"Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. "This is the second time we hired J & B Roofing to work on our house. We had 35 year old deteriorated Masonite lap siding. The old siding was removed, a layer of insulation was installed, along with Tyvek House Wrap under the new siding. J & B Roofing supplied many color samples for us to select from. Our house has brick on the lower 1/3 of the front. We had J & B Roofing install vinyl siding that has the appearance of hand split shakes above the bricks to the soffit. We installed vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides and back of the house. The gable ends of the house & garage had the dutch lap installed at the same angle as the roof line. Ever challenge we presented to J & B Roofing was met with the response, "WE CAN DO IT". When the job was completed, once again the entire area was cleaned up of all debris. Whenever we need any repairs, they will be our first call to see if what we need done, they are able to do. We are very satisfied with them and highly recommend their services."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"Last year (08/2016) I had the upper half of my chimney redone and coating. Nick's price was similar to the other quotes I had, but they guaranteed their work for 15 years. When they finished I had the best looking chimney on the block. They blended in the new bricks, replaced the cement crown and the correct cap. 2015 I had ice coving my cap, this past winter no ice at all. In June 2017, I notice a couple of bricks peeling (spalling), so I called Nick. He arranged someone to come out and take a look. Besides a couple of spalling bricks they notice the crown needed a little reinforcement. They scheduled me for an appointment the following week. I was going out of town, but they said no problem. I got back from my trip and saw my picture perfect chimney. Just like before, they cleaned up so well that it looked as though no one was there. MN winters are harsh and to provide a guarantee and someone who stands by it speaks volumes to why you should hire Nick to do your work."

"Overall the experience was good.  It was a really busy time in NE Minneapolis with recent hail storms causing many people to need work done.  All American Exteriors LLC was able to guarantee getting the work done in the time frame that I had available, and came in at the best price.  I had confirmed lead paint on the exterior of my house, and rather than doing lead mitigation ($20k+), I opted to have my house securely wrapped to seal in the lead paint, with new Vinyl Siding on top.  After getting the quote we found that we would be able to afford getting new Soffit and Facia, as well as the replacement of one window.  After a couple of reschedules due to rain, the crew showed up and got to work.  I was extremely surprised by the amount they got done in just the first day.  They were unable to come the next day due to a vehicle issue (van got stuck in Wisconsin with a bad alternator) - but they were able to make it the next day and get back to work.  It took approximately a week to get all of the work completed - the Owner and his crew were very courteous and willing to address any concerns I had.  They cleaned up after themselves very well (I only found a couple of little things laying around after they left).  After paying for the work they did, they were still very responsive when I found a couple of minor issues that I wanted addressed and were out to get them fixed within a couple of days.
The only real issues I had with the service are the following:
1.  The window install - it took a while to complete, due to an emergency for the contractor.  I was not informed of when he would be back to finish the job and had to call to ensure it would be completed.  Additionally, there was no finishing work done on the inside (silicone/caulk around the edges of the window) - was able to complete myself with little effort.
2.  The dumpster was left at my residence for quite a few days past the job being completed.  Not a huge issue as it was placed out of the way in an unused driveway - however someone had opted to throw a bunch of smelly garbage in it so we had to deal with that.  Not necessarily All American Exteriors fault as they dumpsters are contracted out to a different company.
Would I recommend All American Exteriors to a friend?  Yes.  Would I use All American Exteriors again myself?  Yes.
I have dealt with a number of contractors in the past for various work around my home (Landscaping, retaining wall, roofing, plumbing, siding) and All American Exteriors right up at the top of the list.
