"My wife and I needed a fence segment installed and a 10ft wide driveway gate to keep our German Shepherd contained the backyard. Northland was hands down a great company and I would recommend them for any fence job. We went with steel wrought iron and it’s absolutely beautiful. We contacted about 8-10 different companies, and Northland’s pricing and options were by far the best. They had a few different styles of fencing and gave us a price breakdown for each one. They were the first company we contacted and they even recommended two other places to see if they would offer a better price, although they did not and we went with Northland regardless. The first step was to remove our old fence, which they did in no time at all, and then they drove the posts into the ground. They came back just over 1 week later to install the fence and gate and they did a wonderful job. If you have Nick and Alejandro installing it they’ll do excellent work. Whenever we need another fencing project complete we will contact Northland. Overall they had great customer service and we couldn’t be happier with the results."

"Dan came out within 5 days from first contact and provided an initial bid, he walked through my needs and issues with the current fence and gave some good recommendations on the project approach and repairs. There were 2 other bids on this project and Dan was not only competitive in his pricing he was significantly lower than one of the bids (they stated their schedule and how small the work was attributed to the inflated cost but they bid on the EXACT SAME scope and material). Topline was able to come out within 2 weeks of the initial bid as they accommodated the work in between larger projects (thank you Dan!). The work was wonderfully performed. "We arranged a 6 pm meeting for quote and consultation. The representative was on time and knowledgeable. Took quick measurements and got us a timely quote, We asked for some adjustments that were turned around in timely fashion. Communication was by email after initial meeting. Construction was at tail end of season and there was some adjustment to start time as a result. It took a couple of days longer than scheduled and a Friday finished extended into following Monday, but it was a minor inconvenience. Early in process, crew foreman advised us that fence line could not be straight on one side. There were two exchanges, both verbal. In hindsight, would have been good to get the explanation in writing. While resulting fence is fine, there are a couple of juts that are a bit bigger than we had expected. That said, we're pleased with the fence. The crew left the yard clean each day and remembered to lock garage door as requested -- a small detail, but appreciated nonetheless. <br />"

"All Around came through on short notice with a very competitive price relative to other reputable roofers.  We could have found a less expensive roofer, but we wanted a company with a solid history of competent work.   The dumpster ended up sitting in our driveway a day or so after the work was completed.  All Around indicated that the dumpster company they use was running behind.  Otherwise, the job went well. <br />"

"Dave contacted me after I had submitted a job via Angie's List SnapFix. He e-mailed me in the evening saying that he was going to call me the next morning on a Saturday. Promptly around 8 a.m., he called me. He came right out within a half hour to come look and give an estimate for the job. <br /> I took a couple days to decide. While another contractor had given me a ballpark estimate which was a little less than his, they hadn't returned my calls, so I decided to go with Dave. I called him on Monday to let him know. The other contractor called me that afternoon to schedule an estimate, but I told him that I already went with someone else earlier that morning. I think it was like 2-3 days later, Dave called to say that the hand railings were ready and he'd come by within the hour to install them. I really think it was like only 2 days. I was so surprised as his speediness. <br /> He hit a snafu while installing the railings, but he was able to work through it. He also helped me with painting some metal flashing that I had in front of my door. Overall, I was very pleased and it was such a relief to work with somebody who was eager to do the work and did it well and promptly. I really appreciate the ease, and multiple people have complimented on how beautiful the hand railings look! <br />"

A-1 Fence came the next day to give me an estimate. E-mailed me the estimate and contract. Very professional and personable. Workman were nice and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone."
