I had already done quite a bit of research and was looking out for key things and had questions. I did not expect to make the decision when Dan, the sales rep was here but I was very impressed with his answers and knowledge so I signed the contract that day. From the time I signed the contract to the time the windows were installed it was just under 2 months. During that time Laura and Elizabeth in the office kept in touch and when the windows came in, scheduled the installation. Greco, Rafael and Victor could not have been more professional and courteous and helped to make what I thought would be a very stressful day, a pleasant experience.
