"Not the cheapest estimate I got but I now know I made the right decision. FAS was the third company to give me an estimate. I had already done quite a bit of research and was looking out for key things and had questions. I did not expect to make the decision when Dan, the sales rep was here but I was very impressed with his answers and knowledge so I signed the contract that day. I had also seen that they had overall good ratings on all of the major websites. The next step was Jason, the lead installer to come make final measurements and place the order for my windows. From the time I signed the contract to the time the windows were installed it was just under 2 months. During that time Laura and Elizabeth in the office kept in touch and when the windows came in, scheduled the installation.
