"Crew showed up on designated day , was friendly,courteous,polite and immediately started removing all existing plain steel screws,installed new over-size Blazer-2 Stainless Cap Tri-Seal screws,cleaned and removed any debris on roof before applying the silver coating sealant to my house and also my storage shed.When job was complete a crew member walked the perimeter of my house with a magnet picking up any loose screws/washers that may have fallen to the ground.
