My preexisting leak appears to be remedied. My parents have also used this company with similar results, and I have already recommended them. If I had a complaint about anything, it would only be that I wished communication had been a bit more prompt, but in the end, it was not a big deal. "I was very happy with the final product and our experience with Mauricio and his crew. Mauricio was very prompt and fast to return calls and set up an appt to provide an estimate. He was able to give his advice but at the same time he did what we asked to do without question. Mauricio cares about the quality of work and the finish project. The fence for the back yard is very big and had a lot of room for error and Maurico and his crew did an excellent job and I am very pleased how clean and crisp the fence line is and how the cedar fence looks. Also, I was shocked at how fast they built the fence....It took one day for them to set the posts and then when they came back to run the fence it was done in one day, gates and all! "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"
