He was very competitive and he included a small amount of gutter that was required. In addition, some of the roof had shakes underneath the old asphalt shingles and his pricing on adding sheathing was also competitive. I would highly recommend MG Construction out of Albany NY for your roofing needs. Outstanding young man that knows roofing and uses top quality materials. Owens Corning Trudefinition Architectual shingles, six foot ice shield, 5 inch drip edge and synthetic underlayment. The same as all other major competitors quoted. "Great crew that did great work. They had a problem with the machine that folds flat aluminum into the gutter shape/length and it wouldnâ t do the folds correctly, so that interrupted the job. They were sincerely apologetic and rescheduled later the same week. The machine performed correctly the second time and that was the only speed-bump in the process. All my questions were answered promptly. I heartily recommend these guys!"
