"We LOVE our new awning!!!! Have used it eveyday since it was installed. Bob, the owner was wonderful ! Jake and Shawn did the install and were hardworking and pleasant to work with. The awning was ordered in early May but took a while due to supply shortages. Bob was in touch with the company several times for updates for us. The stove pipe is not centered, the sealant application is a mess, and the overall installation looks nothing like a professional job. It?s clear that corners were cut. It?s a brand new install that I am now afraid to light. As if that were not enough, they left my neighbors? driveway covered in concrete and sealant residue. An absolute waste of $5,000."
