He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough. It was obvious they took pride in their work. They cleaned absolutely everything up when they were finished and my lawn looked better than before they started. They were respectful, well mannered and friendly. They were always on time. They worked quietly and dilegently throughout, until project completion. The project was to remove and replace rotted wood and insulation underneath the cedar of my entire chimney, the walls on both sides of the chimney and on the roof where rotted cedar butted against the roof. I suspect they ran into some unexpected challenges, but they never waivered, showed frustration or complained. They were genuine professionals. Paul, always answered or returned my calls right away. "Those guys are true professionals. They were very responsive. They returned my initial inquiry call quickly and provided all the information that I was interested in. They quickly arrived for an estimate and did not pest me with emails or phone calls during the period of time while I was still shopping around. Their estimate was the best (I surveyed 3 different companies). At the end of the day I did not pay a penny extra from what they estimated. That is, they did not try to sell anything additional or play dumb (as others do) by saying..
