"I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect. Eric did not charge us a penny for that do over. My wife and I are impressed with our new floor, and especially the business ethics of Eric Marks."

"I initially signed up for a free estimate after meeting Emy at the Sahba Home Show.  She came out the next week and provided an estimate.  I was initially told it would take 3-5 days but ended up almost 3 weeks due to windy weather conditions and rain. Emy was very apologetic but we had no control over the weather!  Overall they did a great job.  They started out by power washing the entire house and patio walls.  They were very meticulous in patching all of the cracks in the stucco and took great care in moving patio furniture and plants.  They covered everything and there were no paint drips or spatters anywhere.  Chris and Kenneth were very friendly and gave an update of what was completed each day.  Chris even helped me repair a broken screen and gave valuable tips on painting!   I gave a "B" for punctuality because they sometimes arrived 1/2 hour to hour later than expected.  Emy did a daily check-in with phone call or text.  I'm very pleased with the results.
