"Initially, workers were fast and did a great job . Took a while to confirm an appointment. I hired them again (Sept) but this time they took my money and never scheduled the work or answered any of my calls, chat, messages or ,e-mails. If you can get them to actually come out once they have been paid, they do a good job, although superficial. My rating would be A for the first job and F for the second so C is average rating."
