"Cesar and his team did quality professional work on our barn, front porch and decorative wood trim above our older home's windows. After trying for over a year to find someone to follow through on their word to help us, Cesar's team were the ones to get the job done and done well. We had 3 to 4 other Painters come out to give us quotes last year but then we never heard back from them. I was drawn to L.A. Painters after seeing they had painted older homes with decorative woodwork and multiple colors. They did exactly what we wanted done and even helped fix some trim and woodwork along the way! Cesar was present himself throughout the job to ensure it was being done right by his team and he also made sure we were happy with the colors and how things were looking. Veteran owned business with 28 years of experience performing a variety of repairs with an emphasis on quality. We can assist with surface restoration and repair of most surfaces (furniture, counter tops, cracked or spongy bathtubs, just about anything) mitigating the need for replacement. Bottom line, we can repair or replace just about anything and are ready to help!
"This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We contracted (verbally) with him in May after we received a quote for our projects of $650. He /his assistant did a few projects. He suggested that they come and complete other projects as they had time. We requested they wait until a later date, which was agreeable to them. Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."
