"While I was quite impressed with Quinn, I was disappointed with our job. In our contract, it stated that vertical cracks and gaps would be caulked (see quote screenshot) and that all siding boards would be replaced that needed it. I pointed out the ones I knew about but was relying on them to tell me what boards needed to be replaced (see email screenshot). As you can see in the pictures from our chimney inspector today (3 weeks after painting), there was no caulk replaced at all and there are at least 8 more boards we found on our chimney that need to be replaced which have HUGE gaps from warping. When I asked Quinn about those particular boards that I could see from the ground, he said his crew told him they were fine. I'm highly disappointed and now have to hire someone else to fix these issues. I chose QGC as they gave me the best "feel" that things would be done correctly. They were my most expensive quote out of 6, I went with them based on what I thought would be done."
