"JJB Home Improvements (Jeff, Joe and crew) did an outstanding job on our chimney repair. We had a small water leak in our interior attic. JJB responded quickly and professionally by setting up scaffolding for our 112 year old home. 3 stories high! No problem for JJB. They repaired the old brick, caulked, applied a skim stucco coat, then a finish stucco coat, then painted to match with elastomeric paint. We even replaced the 3 chimney caps with more decorative and functional caps. JJB was extremely professional, on time, and communicated every step of the way. I have already recommended them to neighbors and friends. So nice to have a contractor like JJB!"

"I spoke with Ron most of the time who I believe is the owner.  He was extremely responsive in the negotiation process and got the job "done" on time and on the agreed upon budget.  The quote he gave me for the work he did saved me about $1000 on quotes I was getting from other people for the same work.  I put "done" in quotes because that's the problem I had with their quality. The outdoor work they did was good for the quality of the wood they had to paint on.  The indoor work however was very rushed.   To be fair, the paint they were painting over was very dark colors (dark gray, dark brown, purple, etc.) and we told them we wanted it done so we could rent in November, but I think that gave them the impression we were in a hurry, or perhaps they were.  They ended up trying to do 3 coats of paint in one day which left a lot of the spots bleeding through with the darker colors which we had to go in later and touch up.  There were sections where it didn't look like they and done much edging at all and sections where they weren't careful and dripped some paint on the wood trim.  | |The price was great and they were all professional, but the rushed work did show.  I would use these guys in the future, but would also be more clear about my expectations during the negotiation process."

"They cleaned my gutters. They did a nice job of hauling all the stuff away so they didn't just throw it all on the ground. They put it all in a bucket and hauled the stuff away so I didn't have gunk all over my yard. They were clean and professional about it. They did an estimate to do some roof repairs too, but it has taken them 2 months to get back out here so that was kind of interesting.
