The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. "Dennis Jr. came out himself with his assistant and performed a full inspection of the three-season room roof, which is what we initially contacted them for. They also went on the roof for the rest of the house to inspect some things because when they were inspecting the three-season room roof they noticed a few things weren't right. It turned out that the company that installed our roof never installed proper protection from ice and snow. We were very appreciative of this information. We had spoken with a few other companies and some contractors. Robinson Roofing gave us the most thorough inspection of our property, the most information about what needed to be done, and also the best price. We hired them to do the roof on the three-season room, install the metal to protect against snow and ice, and to resecure the gutters. A day or so before they came, I remembered that we also needed a chimney cap. They told me they could take the measurements when they were doing the rest of the work and place the order. The day of, they took the measurements for the chimney cap and Dennis kept me appraised of their progress. There were some extra materials and work that needed to be done for the new roof and Dennis made sure to check with me and get approval before proceeding. They were even back the next day to install the chimney cap! Everyone was professional, they cleaned up well when they were done, and they were kind enough to take some bulky items to discard for me that I needed to get out of the driveway. We were extremely happy with the services provided and would absolutely recommend Robinson Roofing!!!"

"We were very pleased with Ocean State Home Improvement and John DiMauro. The company replaced our roof and gutters, a big job that was completed in one day; and installed pavers in our front and back yards, including regrading that eliminated rainwater pooling at our foundation. They also replaced our exterior doors and screen doors. The front door was not a standard size and the framing had to be adjusted accordingly. He's a very easy person to work with and if we needed a service he didn't provide, he was able to give us names of people who did. He was responsive to our calls/emails, was here when he said he would be, and provided a quality product every time. We highly recommend Ocean State Home Improvement."
