"Talley to the rescue! We had a new induction stove delivered just days before Thanksgiving, and didnâ t realize that our old stove had been hardwired to the wall and there was no proper 240V outlet installed that our stove required. So not only were we not going to be able to cook anything for dinner, but we were leaving on a trip in two days. What chance would I have to get an electrician to come save us in time? Enter Neal Talley, my new electrical hero. Neal responded by my Angi request within 20 minutes and called me personally to see if he could help. No personal form emails that everyone else sent me, this was the personal touch. We talked through what I needed, he asked me to send him some photos of the stove and wire, and managed to get his son Shawn out within a few hours. Shawn was a pro - he went straight to work and got everything squared away in about an hour and a half. He even went the extra mile to do a quick patch-up on the hole left behind from where the hardwired 240V wire had previously been sloppily punched through the wall. The new outlet was perfect, the hole patched, and we had our working stove within maybe six hours of me putting out the call for help. Given the speedy service and the extra mile Shawn went to make it look nice, the amount I was charged for such quick turnaround was quite reasonably. We were able to take our trip in peace and cook dinner within half an hour of Shawn leaving. I honestly canâ t recommend Talley enough. "I am updating my rating for CA Electrical (Unfortunately Angi will not allow me to edit, so I am posting this as a new review). After posting my original review I was contacted by CA Electrical. The supervisor assured me that my experience was not their normal practice and that they normally made sure to call if there was a change of plans. I felt that they were earnest in trying to make things right, so I agreed to give them another chance. I ultimately decided to select them for my project to replace sub panel and install outlets. The crew was excellent and professional. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly, took extra care to ensure work spaces were left clean. Their workmanship was excellent and they did a great job of cleaning up some messy electrical wiring that had been there before. As an electrical engineer, I also appreciated the crews knowledge of code and ability to explain the technical side of the installation. I would use them again."

"I recently bought a house which required a lot of work and I got turned on to Odinson by a friend who had hired them previously. I immediately felt at ease with Emilio (a native San Franciscan) when he came out to give me a quote. He pretty quickly realized that my needs outweighed my budget, so he broke my quote out into three pieces: 1 - stuff that was a safety hazard, 2 - stuff to bring the house up to code, and 3 - stuff to make my long-term wishlist a reality. This made the overwhelming amount of work seem so manageable that I scheduled him for phase 1 right away. On the day of the job he showed up on time, he was organized, he did not have to take a bunch of extra trips to the supply house throughout the day, and most surprisingly he did not leave a chaotic mess when he was done. And as if all that was not enough, he was even nice to my cats after previously letting me know he was allergic. Obviously I have already scheduled phase 2 and you can bet I will be calling again when I have the money for phase 3. I would absolutely recommend Odinson and Emilio for any electrical job you have, inside or out."

"It went excellent!! They came over and immediatey went to measuring before even attempting a quote. Created immediate availability for us, and got on the work. We had to coordinate with electricians (Voltz) as they were repairing hacky wiring and setting new recessed fixtures. Parts for the lighting work were backordered but Ofer and Moses were very accommodating, working around multuple scheduled disruptions even though it was high season -summer. The best part is all their work, from ceiling joist reinforcement (sistering), drywall repair and painting to match was GOOOD!!"
