"Company responded immediately to my initial inquiry thru' Angi, and responded to my initial questions. Set up apt. for service a week out and vendor kept in contact at all times re arrival window, arrival time etc. Deni arrived at expected/communicated time, explained job to be done, took before & after photos etc. and was very very careful to cover surrounding area of fireplace and clean up job was great. I didn't have to do any clean up work. Also got clothes dryer vent cleaned out. A very good experience from start to finish. Deni has very good communication skills."

"Our house has been cleaned by Janet and her team at Shiny Cleaning for 8 yrs and we couldn't be happier with the results. We have had various cleaning crews over the years, and without a doubt I rate Shiny Cleaning at the top of the list as far as their ability to do a very thorough cleaning within a short period of time. They are kind, courteous, and accommodating regarding any specific requests in the cleaning process. The Shiny Cleaning crew live up to their name! I highly recommend Janet and her team for your cleaning needs, and I am quite confident you will not be disappointed."
