Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. "Outdoor Advantage performed landscaping work at my residence on May 5, 2020. The “landscape artists” did an outstanding job. The work consisted of removing bushes and shrubs from four separate areas in the front, back, and side of the home. In the front they redefined the flower bed and planted several different types of shrubs and plants. They also added mulch to finish up the flower bed. In the back and sides, they replaced the flower beds with sod. They also provided a walkway using flat stones. The landscape was performed on time and very professionally. The men used the extra sod to cleanup some problem areas around the base of my sunroom. The really nice surprise was how they neatly trimmed the sod to fit around the irregular stones that made up the walkway. They also used some sod to clean up uneven areas around some popup drains at the back end of the yard. After the work was complete all work was cleaned up and it was if they had never been there. It was a joy working with this company. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the fall for additional work."
