"Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. "Contacted Twin City Handyman to do a number of jobs around the house. Darren promptly came out, reviewed the work to be done and issued a quote on the project. Within a couple of weeks Trevor arrived to do the project. The wall patch, shower door install and grab bar install went well. The pocket door install was another story. There are few companies out there who can do pocket doors, so I knew I was taking a chance by employing a handyman service to do the job. First, the cost of the door install was $2365.00, the bulk of which was for labor. When the install was done, the door was out of alignment in every possible way. The door does close, so it is useable. On their behalf, Twin City Handyman has tried to make the correction to the door, but without much success. A complete reinstall is probably the only answer to the problem, but I will have to find someone else at a later date. In closing, Darren and Trevor are very professional and truly do want to do the best job possible. I just believe, they should have turned down the pocket door install, as they had little experience in that area."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
