He called to inform me on the morning of the scheduled service appointment that they had another emergency job to complete and would try to be at my place in 2 hours. After 2 hours he called to reschedule for Monday afternoon. They still showed up an hour late that Monday. A job that was estimated to take 2 hours ended up taking 4 hours over a two-day period. I ended up having to pay twice the amount I was expecting to pay."

I had two companies contact me and there was no follow through. Then Cory (The Grounds Guys) was in contact and responded to my texts almost immediately. In very short order, he came to my home and gave me advice and information on different options (I had asked for advice as I wasnt sure what I wanted). The work was in three stages for my yard and each one was started when he said it would be. I did have concerns at first and I talked to him about it. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
