"The movers purposely moved slow to drag out the time. I was sent 2 movers to locally move a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment from the 3rd floor. My family moved more than the movers did. In transit to the 2nd location I stopped to get water for everyone and the movers got to my house before I did and tried to hold my things hostage on the moving truck until I made a payment which I was not told in advance I had to do. I was charged for a quoted time and when the movers finished early I was not refunded the full amount for the difference in time. When I called about the refund I was given the run around and told a manager would call me back and they never did. Horrible business, horrible customer service, and untrustworthy. "
