I was so impressed I had them come and paint multiple interior rooms in my home and then they painted the exterior of my home inclusive of my front porch and my screened in back porch. They are efficient, accommodating, detail oriented and so neat in cleaning up other than beautiful painting as a result you would never know they were here. Immaculate ~ and I have already rehired them for more work. Reasonable prices and worth every dime. Accommodating with my schedule ~ and I could just leave while they did their work. Lovely to be in a position of trust and reliability. PS they were fabulous working around my labrador and she moved from room to room to say hello and then she would tuck into a bed for a nap."

I know, "you get what you pay for" but there are lots of things to fix in this house so I have to stretch the budget. They responded immediately to my request for bid, had someone out right away for the estimate, and kept following up until we were able to agree on a date. They convinced me the quality of paint they selected was just fine, and it was. They did everything as agreed, and it turned out great. I also appreciate they took the job, as I know it wasn't the biggest job around."

They installed Anderson 100 series windows which were an affordable option and qualify as Energy Star windows. The work was started on the projected date and finished the next day. We love the look of the new windows and they easily open and self lock.The traffic noise and other outdoor noise distractions have been reduced by about half. <br />"

"All of Mark's work has been excellent except for where we had some tile issues on the floor. Part of the problem is the tile, part of it is the installer not making sure the underlay was level. But he always answers his phone or calls back right away. He also is good about letting you know his schedule and if there are any problems with the job site. I would recommend Milbourne to anybody who wants a good job done well. The main problem I have in recommending him is on the tile work. He was horrible about cleaning the tiles after installation. I still have caulk that doesn't match and grout on top of the tiles that they were lazy about cleaning off."

"Mr Arnold showed up on time and very professional, gave me a free estimate, and then since i needed it asap, he went to home depot and purchased the heater, and all the supplies. He returned and removed the old  heater, and installed the new one and all accessories, this took him about 2 hrs to do. Mr Arnold was very kind and cleaned any mess he had made and took all the materials with him when he left. I had called him and he was very flexible with my work schedule and the emergency i was in as well. <br />"
