Get matched with top window cleaners in Sawyer, MI

"Jacob communicated with us prior to the appointed time to clarify exactly what his service would entail. He and his assistant arrived on time. We had them clean all windows inside and out, including sky lights and high ceiling fans . They also cleaned a high entry chandelier. Cleaning sills, window frames and screens is a part of their routine. Some may say their work is expensive, but they do so much more than just windows. Well worth it!"

"Did a nice job and cleaned up very professional"

Service has declined since we started service approximately 1 1/2 years ago.

The house is moderately clean when they finish.  They spend the most time (a couple of times someone has been home to see what goes on, usually the service occurs while we are at work) working on the floors, but the hardwood never seems to be clean afterwards.  It might have been Swiffer mopped once over, but any spots on the ground are still there and require me to hand and knees scrub them out - which is precisely what I did not want to do and why we hired a cleaning service!  Even when specifically requested the dusting does not always get done.  The bathrooms are cleaned well.

Have had several accidents which is understandable - water glasses and one ring holder that were broken.  However the cleaning of the accidents is not always up to par - I have a young baby and both times found large glass shards that were not cleaned up on the floor.

Most aggravating is the billing.  We'll go months without seeing a bill, then get 3 bills all at once ($600+) and an allusion to not scheduling the next cleaning until they're paid.

I haven't found or heard of a better cleaning company in the area so I'll continue to use them, but it is a frustrating experience.

"Courtney did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home. I appreciated the careful attention to appliances, window sills, and very thorough cleaning of bathrooms. The floors are really squeaky clean. Thank you Teara for clear and timely communication. You made everything easy. Highly recommend."

"They used cleaner with wash. It was clean and bright."

"This is an owner team, and it shows in their ability and dedication. I needed cleaning of ducting for a bathroom exhaust fan and the dryer. Both turned out to be more difficult one could anticipate. The exhaust duct of the fan turned out to be filled with a nest of birds that came in through a broken vent cover. The work on the dryer duct uncovered poorly installed dryer exhaust hose. For both of them the technicians spent the extra time to find solutions, including a trip to a hardware store to get some parts to fix the issues. They also provided a lot of advice. Nice people, very courteous, pleasant to deal with."

"We are completely satisfied with the work Randy Palgen did for us, installing two very high ceiling fans, repairing our kitchen cabinets, solving both an electrical and a plumbing problem, and repairing and caulking the window trim On the outside of our house. P We appreciate his efficient and courteous manner in completing these repairs."
