"We hired Robert (Jr.) because he was the first one to contact us. He came as scheduled and told us that we did not have to remove the sheet vinyl flooring or put down a concrete board subfloor, as my husband wanted to do. He said it was not necessary and that he had been doing this for 10 years and never had a problem. We believed him and he seemed so nice. He did work hard to put the herringbone pattern down, even though he had not done that before. It does look nice if you do not look too closely. He hurried the job because we were expecting a visitor. I appreciated that. But it showed in some of the places where he did not cut the tile large enough, like in front of the kitchen sink, and just filled in the space with grout. Looks terrible. Asked for tile under the stove. That did not happen either. But, after a few weeks, the grout started cracking and crumbling, as we feared. He also owes my husband $60 and we have been calling since October with no response. He moved to New Jersey so look out, people. Even his father phone number is no longer in service! Now what? Guess I will try the better business bureau but do not know what name he uses in New Jersey because he said he cannot use the same name. He should not be able to get away with this. Now I see that another customer has the same grout problem, the same month too. Is he using inferior products or does he just take the money and run? Our hearts are broken over this."

The project took longer because of that but it will last much longer. There seemed to be some communication issues between the contract manager, the office and the mason. "

Did not use or give us an option for whole house wrap, resulting in poor insulation. Cut up big square holes where electric goes in the house, numerous mistakes. Called numerous times never came, once he got paid. Stank up my bathroom when he used it. Now my neighbor needs siding and we both need new roofs, will never call him."
