Since then I had them replaced and relocated the 2 main electrical panels in my basement from one side to another as well as just the other day install another dedicated electrical over my stove for a microwave and replace 4 outlets in the kitchen and check and repair one of my outside outlets. Each time they pricing was far and their guys are very professional and clean up after they are done. Even if you say that is ok I will get it, you get no that is my job. "Mr. Rick Wagner is a real expert. I had three so called experts in standby generator repairs and they could not make the unit operational, even though they replaced every part that they thought was the problem. After several trial and error efforts replacing several parts, they could not identify the problem and told me that the unit could not be repaired. The interesting thing was that they were supposedly trained experts on Briggs and Stratton generators. Their recommendation was to buy a new unit.
