"He was very nice.  He came over.  The only down side was that he wants money upfront before he even does your envision and he applies it to the job that if you don’t like the quote your stuck.  I don’t understand his marketing tactic.  He wanted us to commit prior to even seeing his actual quote on the total project.  I have never heard of such a thing, asking for money for really nothing.  He was a very nice man.  He is very professional.  I have nothings against money."
