"They did a great job. The lead person took lots of time to answer any and all of my questions while going over the estimate and during construction. I was never pressured to make a decision on materials or to hire them for the project. Only took 1-1/2 days for the entire project. They were always courteous and friendly and worked very well together as a team. The finished roof looks really nice. They had huge dropcloths to help catch the old roof material, besides the dumpster, and removed the debris from each area as they finished with it.  The clean up was awesome. Haven't found any stray nails at all. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. <br />"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

I was very happy to find out that the company has been in business for so long and that a third generation was going to be there for any follow ups that might be needed in the future. We had them repair a small flat roof as well as replace all of the old windows with new energy efficient models. Jaimie and his partner James were very professional and did a super nice job. "The workmen arrived promptly the day they were scheduled. In order to work on the insulation issues, the bottom sheeting boards on the roof had to be removed, then the insulation crew had to work on that area, and then new boards had to go on. The crews were well organized and coordinated with each other well. The entire job of insulating and roofing was done in a little less than three days. <br /> The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up -- there was never any litter or trash abound our house. The crew was polite and professional. <br /> One small area of damage occurred when a worker slipped and cracked the ceiling on one of our bedrooms. Unfortunately we did not notice this until after the job was completed, as it was in a guest room. When I called about it, there was no questions or issues -Central Roofing had a drywaller come to repair and then paint the area that had been damaged. <br />"

"Rory did a great job of cleaning out our gutters. They did not charge us anything as we had a free warranty on plugged up gutters, when they installed them. We have 13 old tall pine trees around our house and this is the first time they plugged partially up since installed in 2009, probably because of all the rain, wind, hail, we have received this spring."
