Throughout the process, some of the team, including the owner, was extremely condescending and difficult to communicate with. "This wasn't a very good experience across the board. Long lead time to start the project. Was pushed back 3 times before they started with very, very little advanced notice (night before). Horrible communication and the owner is flat out not a pleasant person to deal with. Very rude and unresponsive. Was not impressed one bit with pretty much anything they did. Price was too high for quality and they just flat out don't care about your happiness with the end product. You can tell just by the way they handle things. Look elsewhere!!!"
