"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. "Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

Hal and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Anytime there was a discretionary call to make, Hal would consult me to be sure he was following my wishes. His crew cleaned up after themselves daily and everyone was polite and friendly. Hal's quality of work is amazing. He cuts no corners, and he makes sure no one else does either! My husband screwed down into the deck a stabilizing bar for the steps that go down into the pool. When Hal saw the next day that my hubby had used a type of screw that would rust over time, Hal quietly replaced them with stainless steel. All the wood was nicely sanded smooth and its a pleasure to touch it.
I was actually sorry to see Hal finish up the project and move on to another job. It was nice having him and his staff around the house. Now I just need to think up another project or two to have him come back!"
