"I needed to do a full renovation of a house, which included a new roof, back deck, windows, bedroom floors, and interior/exterior paint. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets needed to be refurbished, and the ceilings and walls needed to be repaired and retextured throughout the house. Moon Construction was able to all of this and more in 6 weeks, despite numerous weather challenges. The quality was great. Marco worked with me to identify other repairs needed, and was very patient and flexible with my renovation lender. I highly recommend."

"Dave said there should be no problems even though I was getting different manufacturers from the originals. <br /> <br /> The oven installation went beautifully and his electrician had to move the electrical junction box behind the oven. The Dacor cooktop was slightly larger than the original, but he easily enlarged the opening in the corian counter. Unfortunately the installation brackets and seal to hold the cooktop were missing, so he added a small layer of silicone to hold the cooktop in place. He said he would come back and install it properly when I got the parts from Dacor. He returned in a week, but unfortunately as he was removing the silicone he cracked the ceran glass in one corner, he immediatly said he would get the glass replaced by an authorized Dacor service company. I could use most of the burners on the cook top. But after nearly 2 months of Dacor saying they would send the replacement glass next week next week next week, we both lost patience and he replaced the Dacor cook top with another manufacturer of my choice, he did not charge me for the difference in price even though the replacement was more expensive. I now have a really nice cooktop. <br /> <br /> Cracking the glass was an error on his part but I was very impressed at how hard he worked to correct the error and make sure I was satisfied. That is why I would definately use him again, he seems a very go to guy ready to think of ways to solve problems. While here they also removed an old TV antenna from the roof that had been damaged with the recent 3ft of snow we had at my house. <br /> <br /> As an aside I wont be buying another Dacor product, their customer service stinks."

"I supplied the base, shower walls, plumbing fixtures and floor tile. The bath was done in 2 stages due to delays by Kohler in delivering items ordered. Demolition took place along with behind the walls plumbing, installation of the shower base and tile, and venting of new fan outside. The team, Mark and Audrey were prompt, professional, pleasant and excelled at all aspects of the removal and installation. Second phase completed priming and painting, installation of shower walls, completing of floor tile/trim, installation of towel bars etc. Once all was complete it was time to measure and install frameless shower doors. My installation was particularly challenging as the large shower panels couldn't make it up the spiral staircase. Mark and Audrey built a ramp to pull the panels up the the roof, then through the bedroom sliding doors. Every was done with the utmost care. There was one miscommunication about the shower doors that were to be installed. Paul immediately had the issue addressed and the doors were completed to my total satisfaction. I was totally impressed with the professionalism Paul, Mark and Audrey and absolutely love the work that they did. I was so pleased we are going to have them do our vanity/dressing area next. "We hired Superior to re-side our house at a time when we had several other major projects going on around our property. Chad, John and the whole team are without doubt the best contractors we've ever hired. Their professionalism and HIGH SKILL level stand alone as excellent, but compared to the other teams we had out on other projects, they put everyone to shame. FIRST: I'm putting this at the top because I know it sometimes matters the most: they are SO inexpensive! They were by far the best bid we received for the EXACT same materials, skill, certifications, etc. We wanted a company with the special Hardie designation, and they have it. SHOP AROUND! You'll see... SECOND: We were home and watched the siding job most of the way through. It was refreshing to actually see guys working like they WANT a job (some of you know exactly what I mean). They hustled, they ran, the subordinates took orders, the bosses were professional. They will put on extra touches and go the extra mile to make your house look beautiful, not just "get finished". The actual quality of work was outstanding. THIRD: Their standard protocol of respect and courtesy for the homeowner are what sets them apart the furthest. After having filthy workers from other companies trudge into my house to use my bathroom - or worse, just "go" out in my bushes!! - we were SO impressed that Superior scheduled a port-a-potty to arrive before their workers even got here. They guys NEVER asked me for anything, and every time we interacted, it was respectful, polite, so great! Additionally, they cleaned up each night of the job! We weren't expecting that. They scooped up the trash, swept any mess areas, etc nightly before they headed home. Obviously, it's still a construction site, but Superior left my property cleaned up and usable each night. Other companies we had on other projects left water bottles, paint tape, concrete chips, you name it. OVERALL: I could not recommend them more highly. My neighbors have all been over talking about how amazing my house looks and several came to pick up fliers on Superior. They ARE the best game in town for siding!"

"TMix had done our  roof 6 years earlier for the prior owner of the house, shortly before we closed on the sale. When I discovered a leak, I called them. I figured they know the roof . I had also hoped that they would do the repair at a decent price. (I was expecting to be charged because technically the  warranty period is over. It may not even have  transferred to us as the new owners anyways). They came out within a week to have a look - totally friendly with zero mention of the warranty situation. <br /> Todd checked the situation, saw that the vent pipe had come lose and fixed the problem at zero charge. Needless to say I am thrilled! It is one thing to do something free of charge if your own workmanship has caused the problem -  but to do it when the plumber has caused the issue is above awesome.
