He explained my options to me regarding the restoration of my wood deck along with some masonry work at the front of my home. He promised to send me a detailed estimate within a specific time frame and it arrived on time. He started the work exactly on time and even finished it earlier than expected. I had one additional cost which came up during the project which Charles made me aware of right away. I had the option to decline but did not.
