"I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. They also did an amazing job as you can tell by my attached pictures."

"I will try to keep this short. I have waited weeks till I had time to completely digest the events. I am retired, skilled and experienced in the trades plus I have many decades as a skilled and US Gov. licensed technician and inspector. The ONLY thing that kept this from being a D were the two guys nailing down the shingles. I watched them like an FAA inspector. They aligned each shingle before nailing it x5. The "roof" looks good but not my driveway. I was up on the roof the entire time with the "good crew." I saw ALL their flaws and was shocked. I wish I could post the photos I took. My drive was now has approximately 30 feet of grooves cut into it by the carpenter of this crew. He was cutting plywood for repairs and just laid the wood flat on my drive way and cut away with his skill saw. Well the skill saw went through the wood right into my drive way. I showed the Project Manager and he said "well when you reseal the drive way it will cover up the all the cuts." This same designated crew carpenter cut plywood repairs either way to small and left 1/2" to 3/4" gaps or to big. If they were to big he just beat on the plywood or jumped up and down on it till it went in. This was done to the GREAT amusement of other crew members. This same Crew Carpenter "tried" to drive a 8 Common Nail but it dent over. Instead of pulling the bent over nail out he just hammered in so laid horizontally smashed into the plywood. In front of the crew I dug it out and put in a nail correctly. They cut shingles on newly laid Ice Barrier material cutting the barrier. I mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said " the shingles will cover it." Ice Barrier is self sticking. One section had waves in it. I brought this to the Crew Lead and he said they will just cut the width of the Ice Barrier to get it to lay flat. So much for the Ice Barriers integrity. One of the guys just threw the styrofoam chutes vents in the attic between the roof rafters. The chutes say right on them staple. None of mine were stapled or pushed down into the eaves correctly. I corrected all of them myself. The project Manager was going to I subtract for my time spent. I said no thanks. My brown Valley W Channel was dented and scratched up. One 3" dent came close to going through the this metal. I again mentioned this to the Project Manager and he said it probable happened by dragging stuff over the installed Valley W Channel. For brevity these are only some of the problems/issues. The Project "only" said sorry when I handed him the final $10,000.00 check. I did speak to a manager and salesman from Infinity. They fixed stuff and offered to replace the dented and scratched W Valley Channel. I declined because it would require disturbing a good number of fresh/new shingles. For the many cuts in my driveway they offered $300 off the bill. We told them to donate the $300 to a local private animal shelter and do it in our name. It you use this company you or somebody knowledgeable in this type work oversee EVERYTHING ALL the time. The clean up guy worked hard for 12 hours picking up all the old stuff as it came off the roof."

"We originally contacted Tom to rip out and pour a new concrete patio in our backyard late summer 2014.  We got an estimate and Tom told us that his schedule was filling up but he would do his best to get our patio done as long as Mother Nature cooperated. Well....she didn't!   We had a lot of rain last Fall so that delayed the concrete jobs in front of ours.  Tom explained this could happen and let's be honest....we cannot control the weather!  Tom told us that he also does remodeling work during the winter months.  We asked Tom to provide a quote for our basement.  We had a good idea of what we wanted and Tom had no problem understanding our "vision".  His proposal was good and we signed the contract.   Tom and Zack showed up the first day and started tearing out the basement.  They took it down to the studs and cinderblock walls.  When they removed the drop-in ceiling it was discovered that the electrical had to be redone as the prior owner or builder did not have it up to code.  Our new shower is ceramic and we went with a multi-function shower system.   The ceramic had to be cut around each of the 7 shower heads/handles/sprayers.  It was alot of work but we never heard a complaint.  Mid-job we added a tankless water heater for this bathroom.  Tom and Zack were able to run a new gas line and install with no issues.  Our previous bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so our  plan was to to add one.  Our thinking was "bigger the better".  The fan was delivered  and it was too big to install in the ceiling.   Tom jumped on the phone with the manufacturer to see if we could install the fan in the wall.  Luckily they were able to figure out a way to get it installed in the wall.   They also had to run a vent to the outside.  As the bathroom was coming together, I noticed that our old bathroom window looked bad.  I asked if it was too late to get a new one.   Tom said "no" and picked it up the next day.  The new bathroom fixtures and cabinets were added with ease (at least they made it seem easy!).  We added new interior doors including 4 pocket doors.  We added drywall to the laundry room, canned lighting, ceramic flooring throughout and new wood trim.  They even painted!   In the midst of our construction, our main water heater went out.  Tom and Zack stopped what they were working on and replaced that too!   They also added lighting to our garage and ran a separate line for an electrical outlet on the outside of our garage.   We will have them back next Winter to finish the other half of our basement. <br /> Tom and Zack are professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.  Every night they cleaned up the work area before they left.   Tom and Zack came in to our home as contractors but left as friends.   Needless to say, we would recommend them to our family members and friends.   <br /> We are on their schedule for our concrete patio project this Spring.   They will also be replacing some of the wood on our screened-in deck.   They will be replacing the screens as well.    I will do another review once this project is complete. <br /> <br /> <br />"
