Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. "Tim and his crew showed up on the day he committed to, and started work right away. Our roof was never properly ventilated and all of the wood had to be replaced when they ripped the old roof off. Tim was on site every day, supervising his crew and doing a lot of the carpentry work himself. Everyone was polite and answered all of my questions. When I noticed some things that needed to be fixed, many times they were fixed before I even had a chance to point them out to Tim. If his crew accidentally damaged anything, he offered to pay for the damage or he fixed it himself. He has a great attention to detail and reviewed all of the work that his crew did.
