We generally require a 50% deposit on the day we arrive with the balance due upon receipt of invoice at the end of the project. Larger projects require multiple progress payments. I misunderstood what he said and therefore only part of the job was completed.The does were black and I wanted they black repainted and the trim white. The white was done but the black was not redone. I paid too much for the work completed, but felt compelled to pay what I had agreed too."
