"Francis was super knowledgeable and gave great advice. We had him in to repair about 25 holes which had been left behind after electrical work to put in overhead lights. The holes were in the ceiling and in the textured walls. He not only patched the holes well, but he matched the texture on the wall perfectly! While he was in, he gave us some advice and recommendations and ultimately we also asked him to skim coat the ceilings that we had removed popcorn from and he did a great job there as well. At the end of the work we asked him to do, he cleaned up and left the areas he was in cleaner than they were when he came in! We are seriously amazed by the quality of work at an affordable price completed by Francis and will definitely go to him if we have any other work we need done. Great work done by a really great guy, highly recommend!"

"After requesting services, Etmond contacted me quickly and scheduled me right away. He was prompt, polite and very professional. Our porch needed repairs as the floor boards were popping up and some were dropping down. The base of each post that supports the roof, were falling apart. Etmond was a pro! He knew what was wrong and fixed all the unsafe floor boards and secured both ends of the porch (something the original installer failed to do). Etmond also replaced all post supports with the proper product. Our porch is now safe to walk on and we can't thank him enough for the excellent work he did. They made the appointment in less than a week; it was not an emergency. When the tech arrived, he was extremely nice and professional. He advised me I had bought to a wrong part and showed me how he quickly discovered how he could fix what I already had. He then showed me if it happened again, how I could fix it myself. He was very patient with me, who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing, and explained it in terms that I could understand without making me feel inferior. I highly recommend Allied & would not hesitate to use them again!"
