Not only did they install a new torch down roof, but they repaired a significant amount of water-damaged soffit and installed new gutters instead of just re-installing the old gutters, as many suggested. They pointed out several areas of concern that led to the failure of my old roof. And to my surprise, they were able to mobilize a large crew and complete the entire job in one day, including clean up.
