"Pleased with finished wall but very disappointed with interaction and experience. Cost of wall continued to exceed quoted initial price numerous times during construction. Was constantly asked for more money out of my pocket for building permit, dump truck and additional suplies which I feel should have been included in initial price that I was quoted. Did not complete job even after full payment was made. I had to hire another company to complete job that was not finished as promised. Showed no consideration for surrounding property such as plants, fencing, solar lights, etc. that were destroyed. Last but not least I had to throw away re-bars, skips and 4x4 beams that were never removed and left sitting on my sidewalk. I regret doing business with this company and would rate my experience as " disappointed. ""

"Free estimate. Total time to repair was one hour and half. Not a big job. Cost was $400.00. It is the amount we agreed upon. I thought it was going to take longer. In hind sight, it seems like a lot of money for less than two hours of work. Happy with repair to wall, Ottley was very care with rebuilding a small wall with rocks and cement. Ottley used a tool that looked like a pastry bag to fill in the crack and holes in the wall. He told me of the bag technique during the estimate. However, the end result it does not look like the rest of the wall. I think after using the bag to fill the crack, smoothing was needed. Clean up of the work area was great. However, there is cement dropping around the wall below the repairs."
