"Scott was absolutely terrific. Fantastic communication before, during, and after. I knew exactly when he would come, he communicated with me while I was in the hardware store about what materials and supplies I was getting, and he communicated well on any needed follow-up. He corrected some tricky wiring and installation of two ceiling fans. He replaced old screens and built some new screens for many windows, replaced screen material and added pet-proof protective hardware cloth for screen doors, and he and his family laid a series of slate stepping stones and did a terrific job laying them flat on a sloped and curving surface. He worked on faucets and installed a driveway sign. There seems be nothing that Scott couldn’t do, fix, or diagnose. I was so pleased that I got to work with him and I look forward to working with him in the future."

"I found JT Concrete a very competent and capable company with competitive and reasonable rates.  The owner, Justin Traver, is a very professional and experienced tradesman.  He was very prompt in giving an estimate, returning phone calls, scheduling and keeping me informed on all aspects of the project.  I appreciated the fact that he wanted the job to be done in the best way possible.  For example, he up-graded to a more expensive product needed to insure a proper job on a problem that could not have been foreseen at the time of the estimate.  But - he did not "up-grade" the contract price.  This was appreciated as well as was his professionalism and work ethic. "I was contacted by Derick within two days of signing up for the service.
A meeting was arranged for Derick to come an look at the location plus take measurements.
He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process.
I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door.
Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener.
Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it.
All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend and use Capital District Overhead Door in the future.
