"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

The windows were put in crooked (as on a slant), plus some were not installed in the entire way and water leaked in and I could see around the windows to the outside. I would talk to a guy named Bill, whom is a complete liar, as it seems to work at Install America you have to be a liar and not know what you are doing. So it seems if you want to work for this company, you have to know needle point not windows. This is now 2026 and they send someone to come fix my windows every year, and every year the windows still leak air badly. 2025 Bill sent a guy here who use to work for Anderson Windows (Derek) and he said he would be here from day one until finish and he came one time and never returned because of speech. "Delays were due to pandemic and work stoppage - not contractor. Once my unit was ready they installed immediately and despite challenges of being a building built in 1858 he and his team got it done. I was instantly impressed with the unit and can't say enough about being worth the cost! I could use my deck all day - despite the hotter than usual summer - had privacy with added screen - and the remote makes opening and closing it 'magic'. I wanted the option of removing coverage in the colder months so I could watch sunsets from inside.
