We have fully stocked plumbing trucks and experienced technicians ready to accommodate each customer's needs in each *county* every day (* Berks, Chester, Lancaster,Lehigh and Montgomery*). You will always see the same service professional and get to develop a great professional relationship with you plumber! Our office is small but very efficient, you'll actually get to speak to a real person and not a machine. Our office is open 9am-5pm week days and 9am-2pm Saturdays but when the office is closed, calls are forwarded directly to the Owner's mobile phone! You will always be taken care of immediately, 24 hours/7 days a week. In addition to plumbing, we offer customized water treatment options, such as water softeners, iron breakers, purified water systems, bacteria removal systems and well services. "Gene tore out the old bathroom and installed everything new. He did the plumbing moves, electrical changes, tiling, and painting. He even built new floor to ceiling shelving. He reconfigured the hanging and shelving in two closets in the primary bedroom. Gene was prompt, organized and diligent. The workmanship is excellent. I would recommend Eugene Field to anyone that needs a general contractor and remodeling work done."

When it was time to service my AC unit, they cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it, only to cancel and reschedule it again, and yet they did it again! The scheduler kept cancelling the appointment a few minutes before the appointment time, which was very inconvenient for me because I had to be home every time they scheduled. After the third cancellation, I asked the scheduler to escalate the case to a supervisor which he told me he did. But the Horizon customer service manager never called me back. I called again and escalated again, still the Horizon customer service manager never called me back. I called at least twice after that and was told that my case was already escalated to a female manager, but still she never called me back. All I got from the Horizon phone operators was repeated empty promises that “someone will call you back in 12 hours, etc.” But they never called back to commit to either providing the AC maintenance service or cancelling my contract and refunding my money in full. What makes matters worse is that none of the Horizon Services phone operators who answered my repeated calls was able to transfer me to a manager to speak with in real time. These operators said that they could only “email the senior manager or the concern department”. What a disappointment, and what a lousy excuse to ignore a contracted customer. I truly regret hiring Horizon Service and signing a contract with them and I will never recommend them to anyone. The failure by Horizon Services to provide the AC maintenance per the contractual agreement (it’s now mid-summer and my aging AC unit was not serviced to date) and the fact that their customer service manager never bothered to respond to my repeated phone complaints speak volumes about the unprofessional way they have treated me."
