"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards. I paid the bill and he left. Over all it was a professional experience and the appliance is working within established parameters. I would hire them again."

"Bottom line, they completed the repairs. They had to come to our property twice as the first repair did not solve the issue. We probably paid for parts/labor for a component that wasn't actually faulty, but will not be able to prove that one way or the other."

Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. "Mel was an hour early ( lucky someone was home ) and he and his helper got right to work and got the problem fixed in a half an hour. Mel is quite a character, and was a lot of fun to talk to.  I will call him again if we have an appliance in need of repair

"Excellent. Have used this company twice previously and was very happy with them so I called and Adam fixed my oven. When I purchased the new garbage disposal, he installed it and I asked him if he could look at my side by side refrigerator freezer and the one I had in the basement with a top freezer and I was having a problem with them leaking water because the lines were freezing up. He looked at them before he left and said he could fix them but had another appointment after mine. He came back the next day and fixed both my refrigerator/freezers. No problems with them now. Very reasonable."

"It went well, the first appointment had to be cancelled (or changed somehow, I can't remember exactly) so he gave me a discount. He found a piece of plastice that had broken off of something and stuck in the motor. It was a very quick repair, but took two visits as a part had to be ordered. The first "look see" visit was deducted from the total cost of the repair."
