Kyle, our rep, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need, worked to make it affordable for our options. Then Justin and the crew came and did an awesome job replacing the roof in one day. Highly recommend!"

"Gleyson was my main contact for the job. I received several quotes around the same price, but Vellox came recommended from a friend that had their roof done by Vellox. Gleyson came and did an initial quote, he measured the house, asked me what specific roofing tiles/color I wanted and based on those he gave me a quote a few days later. I paid a 50% deposit and we went from there. I was on a time crunch since I was going on vacation soon so he was able to accommodate my timeline. His crew showed up bright and early, they started around 7:00AM and was done at and cleaned up at 4:30PM. This review is a year later and after a winter of snow, summer/spring of rain I have had no issues."

"From the beginning they were responsive and professional. There was no high pressure sales tactics. They provided a very thorough pre-inspection and answered all our questions. Samples were provided upfront which helped with the decision making process. The install only took one day and looked amazing. They cleaned up very well afterwards. I would highly recommend Beantown home improvements to install a new roof. The price was reasonable, we had a lower estimate from another company but we went with Beantown because they appeared more professional and had a high quality product. One thing I’ve learned is you get what you pay for and in this situation I am completely satisfied."

"Excellent! Great service and they showed up on time to start the job, finished a few hours later, and picked up the old shingles and debris that fell off the roof onto our yard. They even refused payment for the work after completing the job, and told me that the office would email me an invoice. The office did send me a bill and I mailed a check to them the following day."

First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Honestly, there was no evidence in my yard that a roofing job was done at all -- except that the new roof looked great. They truly left things better than they found them. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, and the experience dealing with Joe and his crew was top notch. Highly recommended!"

All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."
