"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Wow - Great job from start to finish. Michele was so helpful in making this happen on such a tight timeline. The installers were professional. You would never have known they were there. They cleaned up as they were working. Everything went so well. Would definitely hire them again. Highly recomend."

"I recently had a fence installed by Reliable New England Craftsmanship, and I could not be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent ? sturdy, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, which I really appreciated. Overall, a top-notch experience. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled construction company, I highly recommend this company. Great service and even better results!"

"EXCELLENT SERVICE! Ari was amazing. He arrived on time during a giant snowstorm last week to install a washing machine and stayed until the job was done and cleaned up the site perfectly. Then he came back this week to install the dryer when I asked. I would hire him again in one second and would recommend him to all! He knows everything there is to know about all household construction, appliances, electric, you name it! Great personality, too."

"Had Frank install entry door and storm door. Although I thought it was a high estimate, I hired him. I was not disappointed. High quality workmanship, clean and trustworthy as I could not be at home that day. Very happy."

"I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY DID. ALSO, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SOME SORT OF A MISUNDERSTANDING AS TO WHAT DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME. THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB ON THE WINDOW, BUT I DON'T THINK I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN."

"Chris did a great job installing molding for us and was easy to communicate with throughout the process."

"Back River Builders couldn't have been more professional or any better. The owner was a great communicator and always up to date. He was transparent, with the cost. They showed up on time. If you're looking for a company you want to trust, they can handle it. They did everything on the addition. They treat your house like it's your own. They clean up after themselves. They cared about where they parked in your driveway. The workers were all good guys. There was no cursing. It was a super and professional environment. You don't get that from too many companies, in my experience. These guys certainly separated themselves, from the rest of the contractors out there. Their prices are okay. You can tell they pay good, to have good workers."

"Jason responded to all our concerns, there were a few issues with the Beadboard ceiling install that involved the cutouts for the bathroom fan and A/C vents. These were resolved in the end, so we are happy with the end result. Jason made it right and helped us with some other minor carpentry repairs as we are getting ready to sell and move. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him and his team."
