Our second-floor walkup rental unit in North Brooklyn hadn't been painted in nearly 10 years when our longtime tenant moved out in May. "Mark of Five Star Painting came to our home to look at our front door which was not in good condition due to poor prior refinishes. He recommended that after sanding and staining, a marine varnish should be used. He was right based on my online research. The door looks great and refinish should look good for many years. Mark, Paulo and Luis were easy to work with and responded to all of my questions. Also the price was reasonable.
