"Pete was amazing. He demoed the existing chimney brick, and replace with all new brick once the chimney was rebuilt and properly supported. Pete arrived on time every day, he completed the work timely and did a very high quality job. I would hire Pete again in a second and without any hesitation! Quality, professionalism and respect are qualities you can expect from Pete."

"The Braswell representative arrived on time and was courteous, helpful, and honest.  Though my specific situation was not Braswell's primary focus (it will involve masonry repairs and water sealing around my house's foundation) the representative nonetheless was very thorough in examining the area in question, he tested for dampness, and he recommended multiple courses of action that should repair and permanently correct the issue.  He displayed integrity by not trying to make a quick buck.  Instead, even though he knew that his company would not be responsible for the repair, he still discussed possible solutions at length.  Should I need water damage repairs in the future, particularly roof related, I will certainly be calling Braswell Construction Group. <br />"

"I purchased this service as a special offered via Angie's List.   was very happy with the service from this provider.  Although he was a little late, the man who came was very thorough in his inspection of my fence and its repair.  I have three gates on my fence and he worked with all of them to get them to open properly.  He also replaced several boards.  My fence is scalloped and he was unable to cut the boards to match because he is not have the charger for his cutter, but he said he would return to do the work.  He came right back the next day and match all of the edges perfectly.  Since this was a special via Angie's List, some of the work to be done was not covered.  He wrote up a plan for all that needed to be done (I need some posts replaced) and I am waiting for a cost estimate to be delivered.  I was impressed with the amount of time and effort he took to fix the items covered in my purchase and I would use this company again. <br />"

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Scotland, GA

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
