"We called several area companies for estimates on having a ductless air conditioning system installed in our home. Although <br /> Donohue's estimate was not the lowest we were impressed by their reviews on Angie's List and the level of knowledge and information we received from the gentlemen who came out to give us the estimate. We had to wait about a month until they could fit us into their schedule. We had one outside unit and three inside units installed. The work took two days but when they tried <br /> to start it up it was not working. We were told that several of the circuit boards were faulty and would have to be replaced. Since <br /> it was a holiday weekend we had to wait until the following Wednesday to have the repairs done. Donahue's was very apologetic about the problem and said it was very unusual. It was a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim unit. We have not had a problem in the month since but learned that my sister-in-laws families Mitsubishi unit failed after 3 weeks and had to have the mother board replaced. I was happy with the service provided, everyone was very professional. Hopefully we will not have any more problems. <br />"

"After receiving two bids that were totally out of our price range, we called Sears Air Duct Cleaning in Sharpsburg. Their quote was less than half the rate of the others, but we were told they would inspect some potential add-ons when they arrived that could add to the cost, items that had been included in the previous two bids. They offered to come out that same day. When Adam and Zach arrived, they performed an inspection and told us we didn't need any of the extras. We had missed three ducts that should have raised the price, but they told us they would include them. It was a cold day, and they kept the front and garage doors closed to the extent possible. They worked rapidly and professionally, explained everything they had done, thoroughly cleaned up when they were done, and told us we were good for a minimum three years. We could not be more pleased with their work, professionalism, friendliness, and the value of the work performed. Bravo!"
