"Great workmanship. Great communication. I recommend Spencer 4 Hire Roofing, for your roofing needs."

"We called Foamco when we had a water leaking in our ceiling in the computer room. They found and fixed a small surface crack in the roof. They didn?t think the roof was our problem. The Roof had no water near the surface crack. He went out of his way to find out what was causing the dripping ceiling to determine if it was really his company or if there was something else that was causing the water leak. He discovered that our problem was connected to the air conditioner?not the roof. I would definitely use this company for future roofing problems."

"honest, hard work. john came in and told me what to expect and upfront said he couldnt give a 100% guarantee that it could be fixed, (the leak in the flat roof )without a total re-roof. No one has ever told me that they couldnt do the work less than 100 % THEN THEY HOPE THERE IS NO PROBLEM. HE SET A COURSE OF REPAIR HE THOUGHT GAVE US THE BEST CHANCE OF SUCCESS at a more than reasonable price he pointed out other deficiencies around roof vents that would have to be addressed at some time and when he quoted me a more than reasonable price i had him do those as well. john is a family run business with his sons, prompt, polite fast and clean. 5 stars is not enough."

"After interviewing 5 residential roofers, I chose W & D Roofing & Contracting. It is a small, established Tucson family business who are licensed, bonded, insured, experienced, professional. Their roofing team is too. This was for replacing a 30+ year old flat roof. They tore off my old rotted roof, replaced the plywood base, increased the size of the scuppers to take rain off the roof quickly, gave it a slight pitch, added upper heat pump level drainage. They cleaned up and left my yard in pristine condition. My flat roof had been leaking before I moved into my house in 2019. This is my first house, so I was inexperienced in this whole process. And, they were the cheapest bid. No one had been able to fix it by patching, or sealing it. I had a tight timeline in mind of 2-1/2 weeks, and they fit me into their schedule. And, just in time. I have already had 5 rains on my new roof, and it is holding tight. No leaks/no worries. I highly recommend W & D!"

"Handy was amazing. He came out and he took care of our roofing repairs and went above and beyond. We are very, very happy. We have scheduled him for annual roofing inspections as we trust him expertise. We will recommend him and Top Notch Roofing to all our family and friends. *** 5-Star Service ? Ed Parra"

"Their team did an excellent installation of the new roof. My roof now looks so elegant as they gave it a modern lavish glance by installing a flat foam roof. I not at all write reviews, but I felt the urge to provide them with positive feedback for their marvelous performance because of their hard work and excellent presentation. They are a true artisan in their field."
