Quote visit went very well and gave the impression that they'd do a quality job.  The price was fair with no issues about showing up when promised.  Disappointment with quality of work. 

They didn't put a tarp down to collect the dirt and rock dug up from around the pool.  We ended up with a lot of dirt and rock in the yard near the work site. 

The digging area was handled with guess work without using measured lines or guide strings to show where rock bed would be.

They drove the heavy truck across side yard even after asking them to not do so because of ruts it would leave in the yard - which it did.

They did come back for a second time to fix issues from initial installation.  Overall got the work we needed done, but not sure I'd use this company again.
