"Zykan did a wonderful job replacing my hail damaged roof a few years ago, so when I suspected wind damage on my new house a few days ago I reached out to Will for a quick inspection. He came over the very next day and after a thorough inspection confirmed the roof was in perfect shape (except for some age related issues). However, while inspecting the roof, he discovered a cracked seal around an exhaust pipe and replaced it with a spare one he had in his truck. He also de-clogged my gutter all around the house! In the end, he really surprised me when he said it was all free work as he was on the roof anyways for the inspection! In the past I had the experience of someone charging me $400 to re-attach a loose down spout, a 10 min job! Zykan is definitely different!!"

"He came out within about 2 hrs of me calling, which was great. He cleaned everything, replace freon, and advised me on how to handle future problems. The best thing was he did not try to sell me a new unit. All of my HVAC equipment in my house is older, and anytime I have had anyone else over for any reason they always try and sell me on new furnace/AC etc. He did not. "On 12/6/13, I purchased gutter cleaning, roof debris removal and gutter tune-up (for which I had a coupon from Angie's list).  Promptly the very next day, Agape representatives came out to clean the gutters even though it was very cold out.  For a minimal fee, even though it was unplanned, they also replaced some shingles that had fallen off.   I was very, very pleased with their quick response and willingness to do extra work.  I will definitely use their services again.
